Facebook app for feature phone now running on 100 million phones
Top social network site like facebook has its own application for many device which keep them more and more popular and recently Facebook also has announced its ads revenue which show increase in ads revenue from mobile platform.
Facebook not only provide its app to smartphone but it also provide its app to feature phones as well. Well

now running on 100 million feature phones across the world. That figure doesn’t include smartphone apps which are available for all major platforms, but those devices that usually cost around rs2000-3000 that are mostly used in emerging markets of the world like India, Indonesia and the Philippines. Surprisingly Facebook app also give similar user experience to smartphone base Facebook app which used much more space
Than the one available on feature phone 's though Some features are missing but the main ones are there, like News Feed, Messenger and Photos, along with the ability to create a new account and find friends . What’s more, Facebook for Every Phone is especially designed to use less data than other Java apps and mobile sites, making it more affordable to try and use. Like that’s not enough, the social networking giant also has partnerships with many mobile operators to offer free or discounted data access to the application.
Facebook For Every Phone is powered by technology created by Snaptu, an Israel-based mobile platform which was acquired by Facebook in 2011.
